A second visit to the Zagros mountains of Iran in February of 2018. Not a lot of snow this year, but still some nice ski touring to be done. Occasionally we came across sheltered valleys with powder snow, and on the exposed slopes we had spring skiing conditions in the afternoons. Once again we enjoyed the welcoming Iranian people, great Iranian food and again spent some time in Isfahan, enjoying its history and culture. We will probably go back again someday!
